"The Handy Man" tries to join the dynamism and the fake simplicity of a Designers Republic video, while trying to add a little something of Goldfrapp's "Strict Machine". The result falls flat face in between, me thinks.
"Pass This On", while not being the video of the year, is much more interesting. Aaaw, the looks and stares of each actor! Very nice.
i think it is the sort of failure of handy man that i enjoy so much, especially in the way they would print the lyrics in REALLY LARGE TEXT at key moments in the story.
This clip is sort of stupid in just the right way. It does do it for me too Roddy. Is there a word in english for 'Lullig'? My gallerist uses that word in a positive sense to explain why some works of art are good and others are not.
